Finally I decided to try make my first fermented food. Sure some probiotic supplements are better by wanna experiment with both and this one I can prep whenever I want.

I modified some ingredients.
Currently I’m in the waiting phase, that some fermentation happens during the days. Wish I could speed up the process 😀
