Fizikai és lelki trauma

Tegnap elalvas közben a lelki és fizikai traumarol kezdtem el gondolkozni. Mindkettő nagyon hirtelen megesik és olyan nagy hogy egy életre megmarad ha nemfoglalkozik vele az ember vagyis elfogadja hogy csak ez a realitás létezik. Szerencsémre volt pillanat amikor meglepő módon fájdalom mentesen tudtam lehajolni így foglalkoztatni kezdet a dolog mit csináltam másképp. Tegnap abszolvaltam vezetett meditálást hogy legyen tapasztalatom és az eredmény hosszabb fájdalom mentesek derektajt. Évek alatt a trauma véget az idegek egyszerűen felvettek a trauma által okozott új standard érzést. Így hát tovább szentelek időt az edzéseknek és meditációknak. Az érzés a testben végtére kémiai eredmény és a kémiát lehet módosítani.

Ami a lelki traumát illeti ott nagyon használ egy jó barát akiben mindenképp meg kell hogy bíz. Lehet több ilyen jó barát, téma függő. Kimondasal leteszi a terhet az ember és kicsit megszabadul tőle az ember. Esetleg itt a lehetőség leirni de az nem olyan hatásos, szerintem. De ami legjobbnak minősült számomra az ha sikerül találni olyan embert akiben megbizol és tud jól kérdezni, vezetni hogy észreveszed hogy is csinálod azt a trauma érzést vagyis mintha tükröt állítana szembe. Mivel tudod hogyan és miért csinálod akkor sokkal egyszerűbb azt elfogadni és így másképp cselekedni.

Miért írtam le? Nekem, szerintem fontos, amiről nincs beszélve se tanitva az iskolába viszont minden embernek élete része lehet bizonyos eletszakaszba. Másrészt hiszek a kolektív tudatban.

Nekem bevalt az hogy “aki keres, az talal”.

Sitting all day can wipe you out

Finally a study about vaccinating children. I’m not a great believer of drugs and vaccines. I consider them as invaders of the nature’s law of healing and it’s with consequences that we human are not aware yet and maybe never be. Don’t prove me wrong they have their use case sometimes, but in our fast moving world they’re overused from my perspective.

And while their grandparents might never have swallowed a pill as children, the current generation of kids is a pharmaceutical sales rep’s dream come true: More than one million American children under five years old takes a psychiatric drug. More than 8.3 million kids under 17 have consumed psychiatric drugs, and in any given month one in four is taking at least one prescription drug for something.

Brain and nervous system damage from vaccines is nothing new. Crippling and potentially blinding Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis, for example, (which causes MRI-visible white spots on the brain and can progress to multiple sclerosis,) has been described in the medical literature for decades and is a documented side effect of virtually every vaccine. Narcolepsy and Guillain Barré Syndrome are other examples.

Vaccine ingredients are known to cause brain damage. Robert Kennedy Jr. has been highlighting the dangers of mercury as thimerosal used as a preservative in vaccines and its relationship to autism.

Aluminium is another well-documented neurotoxin added to vaccines as an adjuvant to evoke an immune system response.

Oftentimes, it’s hard to get your kid to eat a healthy diet. I would strongly try to encourage the consumption of more colorful vegetables, more leafy vegetables, a diet more rich in fiber as well as reducing the sugar intake. But just generally, allow your kid to experience the world.

About microbes

The idea that too clean an environment might be harmful has been dubbed ‘the hygiene hypothesis’. The concept has been perverted by some to suggest that the less clean the environment, the better. My first fermented food prep attempt

Finally I decided to try make my first fermented food. Sure some probiotic supplements are better by wanna experiment with both and this one I can prep whenever I want.

The recipe/idea came from reading this
I modified some ingredients.

The result


Currently I’m in the waiting phase, that some fermentation happens during the days. Wish I could speed up the process 😀
