after doing the same thing for a long period of time, we lose focus on it
breaks can affect our ability to continue paying attention to the same thing for long periods.
While it might seem counterintuitive, your work will actually benefit if you spend a little less time doing it.
… the brain requires a disproportionately high amount of the body’s energy, accounting for about 20 percent of the oxygen consumed by the body. “Your muscles normally aren’t sucking a lot of oxygen out of you,” says Feinsilver. “With exercise, they will. But the brain always takes a lot of your energy.” In other words, if you’re conscious, your brain demands your energy, and lots of it. Using your brain takes real, honest, physical work — it’s just not visible to us the way using our muscles to exercise is.
Finally a study about vaccinating children. I’m not a great believer of drugs and vaccines. I consider them as invaders of the nature’s law of healing and it’s with consequences that we human are not aware yet and maybe never be. Don’t prove me wrong they have their use case sometimes, but in our fast moving world they’re overused from my perspective.
Compared to their parents, children today are four times more likely to have a chronic illness. And while their grandparents might never have swallowed a pill as children, the current generation of kids is a pharmaceutical sales rep’s dream come true: More than one million American children under five years old takes a psychiatric drug. More than 8.3 million kids under 17 have consumed psychiatric drugs, and in any given month one in four is taking at least one prescription drug for something.
Brain and nervous system damage from vaccines is nothing new. Crippling and potentially blinding Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis, for example, (which causes MRI-visible white spots on the brain and can progress to multiple sclerosis,) has been described in the medical literature for decades and is a documented side effect of virtually every vaccine. Narcolepsy and Guillain Barré Syndrome are other examples.
Vaccine ingredients are known to cause brain damage. Robert Kennedy Jr. has been highlighting the dangers of mercury as thimerosal used as a preservative in vaccines and its relationship to autism.
Aluminium is another well-documented neurotoxin added to vaccines as an adjuvant to evoke an immune system response.
Broad spectrum antibiotics like those frequently used for ear infections are like napalm on the microbiome — they may wipe out bugs that cause ear infections but they affect many other microbes as well, shifting microbiome composition in ways that science is only beginning to understand how profoundly this impacts health. New research links microbiome shifts to a growing list of diseases …

Thoughts from ‘Dirt Is Good’: Why Kids Need Exposure To Germs
So that dirty pacifier that fell on the floor — if you just stick it in your mouth and lick it, and then pop it back in little Tommy’s mouth, it’s actually going to stimulate their immune system. Their immune system’s going to become stronger because of it.
… if they’re interacting with a dog, and the dog licks their face, that’s not a bad thing. In fact that could be extremely beneficial for the child’s health.
The five-second rule doesn’t exist. It takes milliseconds for microbes to attach themselves to a sticky piece of jammy toast
Oftentimes, it’s hard to get your kid to eat a healthy diet. I would strongly try to encourage the consumption of more colorful vegetables, more leafy vegetables, a diet more rich in fiber as well as reducing the sugar intake. But just generally, allow your kid to experience the world.
The idea that too clean an environment might be harmful has been dubbed ‘the hygiene hypothesis’. The concept has been perverted by some to suggest that the less clean the environment, the better. But its meaning is different: it is not dirt that we are missing but exposure to certain microbes that normally contribute to the development of our immune system. ‘It’s not that we aren’t exposed enough to microbes but that we’re not exposed to the right types of microbes,’

On 7th July a decided to buy a Xiaomi Mi Band 2 at http://fitnaramok.sk/produkt/mi-band-2/
My main usage is:
- sleep tracking
- steps counting a.k.a. pedometer
The heart rate monitor isn’t the best, but for the bands price it’s great deal.
The new updated Android app looks great.
Finally I decided to try make my first fermented food. Sure some probiotic supplements are better by wanna experiment with both and this one I can prep whenever I want.
The recipe/idea came from reading this http://mezitlabasszuperhos.hu/Receptek/fermentalt-karfiol-lilakaposztaval/
I modified some ingredients.
Currently I’m in the waiting phase, that some fermentation happens during the days. Wish I could speed up the process 😀
